OMG, becky look at her butt! being healthy & curvy

if that ain't the pot calling the kettle black...
some fool in wisconsin had the nerve to talk about our fabulous First Lady (and this blog's namesake).  apparently, the man is uncomfortable with the size of her booty.  first of all, our First Lady's hind parts are none of his daggon business.
 second of all, our First Lady is healthy as a rose and there is not one thing wrong with her curves.

First Lady Obama is a champion of working out and eating right and she is a bawse hula-hooper.

Also, she is the force behind Let's Move!, an effort to combat childhood obesity which plagues our community, girls.  Here are some tips from the First Lady on how to be healthy, but still keep that figure which is unique to us:

Your goals are:

  • Physical activity: You need to be active 60 minutes a day, at least 5 days a week, for 6 out of 8 weeks.  As an alternative, you can count your daily activity steps using a pedometer (girls' goal: 11,000)
  • Healthy eating: Each week, you'll also focus on a healthy eating goal.  There are eight to choose from, and each week you will ad a new goal while continuing with your previous goals.  By the end of the six weeks, you'll be giving your body more of the good stuff it needs.
